Greeters
Greeters welcome our guests and members with a warm smile, kind word or wave and provided information when needed. They help us make a great first impression on those who come to The Bridge.
Ushers
Provides friendly assistance to guests during worship services. Helps attendees get acquainted with our worship services. Assists in keeping the services orderly and organized.
Bridge Cafe Helpers
Cafe helpers set up and serve refreshments and snacks before and after Sunday morning service. They may assist with setting up lunches for events and meetings.
Cleaning Crew
Our amazing cleaning crew helps to keep the church clean and hygienic so that we have a beautiful and safe place to worship God.
Sign Crew
Our sign crew help by setting out and picking up informational and directional signs each Sunday morning before and after services. Signs are posted outdoors, near the building and on streets leading to the building.
Compassion Ministries
Prayer Team
Members of our Prayer Team pray for the hurting, hopeless, discouraged, depressed, frustrated and confused and offers love, acceptance, guidance and encouragement. May participate in weekly online prayer meetings.
Second Mile Ministry
This amazing group meets at City Park on Tuesday and Saturdays to feed and minister to the homeless in our community. Learn more about Second Mile Ministry or join the Facebook group.
Christian Education Ministries
Nursery Helpers
Our Baby Bridge provides a safe and loving environment for infants and toddlers (0 to 3 years) while their families worship. All volunteers must pass a background check.
Kidz Bridge Helpers
Kidz Bridge provides children ages 4 to 11 years with a warm, loving,
enriching environment where they can learn about God and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. We are seeking volunteers who can help with teaching, acting as a classroom helper or creating online content. All volunteers must pass a background check.
Bridge Teens Helpers
Bridge Teens is our youth group geared toward pre-teens and teens aged 12-19. They currently meet every Friday in a hybrid fashion (online & in-person) for fellowship, fun and bible study.
We are seeking energetic teachers and helpers who can help facilitate a fun and connected environment for our teens so that they can form lasting friendships and a relationship with God. All volunteers must pass a background check.
Christian Education Teachers
Are you organized, reliable and gifted in teaching or relaying information to others? Do you have a useful life skill that you want to share with the wider community? We are seeking volunteers who can help to facilitate current classes that The Bridge holds throughout the year that helps our members and visitors learn about the church, understand their spiritual gifts and more.
Small Group Leaders
Do you want to form your own small group? Small Groups connect people relationally through in-home meetings for the purpose of growing in Christlikeness through Bible study, loving one another, and contributing to the work of the church.
Outreach Ministries
Website Editor
We are seeking helpers for various aspects of updating and editing the website on a weekly basis. Experience is helpful but not required as all volunteers will be trained. All tasks can be completed from a home computer. Help us reach the wider public and world with the gospel!
Social Media Contributor
We are seeking helpers to edit, manage and schedule social media posts through Facebook. and Instagram. Experience is helpful but not required as all volunteers will be trained. All tasks can be completed from a home computer. Help us reach the wider public and world with the gospel!
Sunday Presentations Helper
We are seeking helpers to serve as backups in presenting slides for worship and the sermon during Sunday morning service and running the live stream feed. Experience is helpful but not required as all volunteers will be trained.
Online Greeter
We are seeking online greeters to serve our online attenders. Volunteers will need to have an active Facebook account. This work may be completed on a home computer or in-person at the church. Experience is helpful but not required as all volunteers will be trained.
Special Events Coordinator
Do you love setting up and planning special events? The church is seeking individuals who are organized and able to bring people together for community outreach events such as attending summer baseball games, hosting a classic car show, participating in the Corona 4th of July parade, movie nights, concert events, bowling nights and much more.
Worship Ministries
Music Team
We are seeking people who are devoted to praising God through music. If you are musically talented, we are interested in hearing from you. Volunteers may impact the church in a variety of ways such as in the Bridge Band, in Bridge Teens, Kidz Bridge and more.
Music Slides Editor
We need helpers who are able to create the slides for the congregation to follow the music and message. Experience is helpful but not required as all volunteers will be trained.
Lighting Technician
Are you experienced with stage lighting? The lighting team sets the stage for worship, services and special events.
Sound Technician
We are seeking backup volunteers to help in the sound booth. Volunteers assist with maintaining electronic sound equipment and running the sound board for the band and pastors. Experience is helpful but not required as all volunteers will be trained.
Church Office
Bulletin Editor
We are seeking someone who can update and edit the digital bulletin each week. Experience is helpful but not required as all volunteers will be trained.
Attendance Team
Volunteers for the Attendance Team gather information from Connection Cards and records attendance, updates the prayer group with special prayer requests and informs the Pastors of questions, special needs or commitments noted on cards.
IT Helper
We are seeking a helper with knowledge in IT support to help the church keep computers and software up to date, launch new tech strategies and maintain current technologies.
Fellowship Ministries
Men’s Ministry
We are seeking volunteers to help with the Men’s ministry. The group gathers monthly on Saturdays for breakfast for fellowship and prayer. They also create community outreach events such as golf and baseball outings.
Women’s Ministry
We are seeking volunteers to lead and facilitate the Women’s ministry through events, weekly meetings, and more. Help the women in our church gather, form friendships and stay connected.
