This Sunday: Dealing With Anger (Part 6 You’ll Get Through This)
November 6, 2022 @ 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Do you fume when someone cuts you off in traffic? Does your blood pressure rocket when your child refuses to cooperate? Uncontrolled anger can take a toll on both your health and your relationships.
Join us, this Sunday, November 6th, at 10am either in-person or live online to hear Pastor Scott continue the campaign message series, “You’ll Get Through This,” and hear him speak on the topic, “Dealing With Anger.”
See you this Sunday!

Fall Focus – Eight Week Campaign
The Bridge Church has embarked on an encouraging eight-week church campaign that offers real help for those in the midst of trials, and real hope for those who are experiencing struggles with change. Through this campaign, we will be reminded that God doesn’t promise that getting through the trials will be quick and painless, but to teach us to trust God to trump evil. YOU’LL GET THROUGH THIS!
From October 2nd till November 13th, all the messages and small group studies will focus on this one topic. Then on November 20th, the Sunday before Thanksgiving, we will have a time of celebration with a special thanksgiving message, communion and fellowship dinner to give thanks to God for all he accomplished in our lives, our church and community during the fall focus.
You are encouraged to add this important event to your prayer list and to also make plans now to participate with the rest of the church in the Sunday morning messages, weekly Bible studies, and service projects.
Study books will be sold starting this weekend, September 11th, in the church lobby. Email us at office@bridgeincorona.org for a link to create a free StudyGateway account so you can watch videos that go along with the study book.

Operation Christmas Child
This year The Bridge Church is participating in Operation Christmas Child which is a ministry that distributes shoeboxes to millions of children around the world!
Each of these boxes are packed with unique toys, school supplies, personal care items, clothing accessories and heartfelt prayers as a tangible expression of God’s love to a boy or girl in need. In addition, the shoeboxes provided an effective way for partnering local churches around the world to share the Gospel message with their communities.
Here’s how to pack a shoebox:
1. Use an empty shoe box (provided by church in lobby) or small plastic container the size of a shoe box. Christmas wrapping is optional. Or build a shoebox online!
2. Place a label (provided by church in lobby) on the box indicating if the contents are for a boy or girl. Also indicate the child’s age category: 2-4, 5-9 or 10-14.
3. Fill the box with a variety of gifts such as:
School supplies – pens, pencils, sharpeners, crayons, markers, writing pads, calculators, etc.
Toys – small cars, balls, dolls, stuffed animals, yo-yos, jump rope, etc.
Hygiene items- Toothbrush, soap (in plastic bag) comb, brush, etc.
Clothes – Socks, knit hats, hair clips, t-shirts, etc.
Do not include candy, toothpaste, gum, used or damaged items, scary or war-related items, seeds, food, liquids or lotions, medications or vitamins, drink mixes (powdered or liquid), breakable items, glass, or aerosol cans.
Please drop off the shoe boxes at The Bridge Church by this Sunday, November 21st.
We are also looking for people who can help in the distribution warehouse in Fullerton. Please let us know if you can help or see Jay Blakeborough if you are interested in assisting.
